Refund & Returns Policy (United States Orders)

This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work for purchases made on MagnaHoops.com and delivered within the United States.

Our online store currently accepts and fulfills orders only to addresses within the United States.

Section 1 - General

-- We want you to be happy with your purchase from MagnaHoops.
-- If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return, exchange or refund under the conditions below.
-- Your statutory rights under applicable consumer law are not affected by this policy.

Section 2 - Return window

-- You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
-- Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

Section 3 - Eligibility for returns

3.1 Change‑of‑mind or ordered the wrong item

-- This applies when the return is not due to damage, defect, or our error.
-- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
-- The item must be in its original packaging.
-- All accessories, parts, manuals and freebies must be included.
-- Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may only be eligible for a partial refund, or may be refused.

3.2 Defective, damaged or incorrect items

-- If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, you can return it even if it has been used for reasonable testing or normal use.
-- Please contact us within 30 days of delivery so that we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.

Section 4 - How to start a return

To start a return, please email us at info@magnahoops.com
 with the following information

-- Your full name
-- Your order number
-- The item or items you wish to return
-- The reason for the return
-- Photos or videos showing the issue (for damaged, defective or incorrect items)

After receiving your request, we will reply within 1–2 business days with

-- Confirmation of your eligibility
-- Step‑by‑step return instructions
-- The correct return address for your order within the United States (we will provide the exact U.S. return address in our reply email)

Please do not send any products back until our support team has confirmed your return and provided the correct address.

Section 5 - Where returns are sent (United States orders) / U.S. Return Address

-- For approved returns from customers in the United States, we will provide a U.S. return address operated by our logistics partner in the United States. -- We will not ask you to ship eligible returns back to China.

Section 6 - Return shipping costs and fees

6.1 Change‑of‑mind or ordered‑wrong‑item returns

-- For returns that are not due to damage, defect or our error, you are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to us.
-- We do not provide a prepaid return label. Please use a tracked shipping service and keep your receipt.
-- Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the original shipping costs paid on your order are non‑refundable.
-- We do not charge any restocking fees.

6.2 Defective, damaged or incorrect items

-- For items that are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
-- In most cases, you will be responsible for arranging return shipping. Where appropriate, we may reimburse reasonable return postage for standard shipping after we receive and inspect the item.

6.3 Taxes, duties and additional charges

-- Many MagnaHoops orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Shanghai, China. We normally arrange customs clearance and include import duties and standard clearance fees in our pricing and shipping arrangements.
-- In limited situations, U.S. Customs and Border Protection or a carrier may still assess government‑imposed duties, taxes or handling fees when your order enters the country.
-- Any such additional charges are set and collected by government authorities or carriers and are the customer’s responsibility. MagnaHoops does not control these fees and does not reimburse them, even if you return your order.

Section 7 - Refunds

Once your returned item is delivered to the U.S. returns address we provide and approved

-- We will issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
-- Depending on your bank, card issuer, PayPal or Shopify Payments, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. This processing time is outside of our control.
-- If we determine that the item has been used, damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may issue a partial refund and will notify you by email with the details.

Section 8 - Exchanges

-- We accept exchanges for eligible products within the 30‑day return window.
-- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color or model, please contact us at info@magnahoops.com
 before sending anything back.

Depending on stock availability, we will either

-- Send you the replacement item after receiving and approving your return, or
-- Ask you to place a new order and process your original order as a refund after we receive the returned item.

-- Shipping costs for exchanges follow the same rules as in Section 6 above.

Section 9 - Non‑returnable items

-- At this time, most products sold by MagnaHoops are eligible for return under this policy.
-- If any item is non‑returnable (for example clearance items, final sale items or personalized products), this will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
-- Any non‑returnable status shown on the product page will override the general rules in this policy.
