WE ONLY SHIP TO LOCATIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered for purchases made on MagnaHoops.com.
Our online store currently accepts and fulfills orders only to addresses within the United States. We may expand to additional regions in the future. If you are located outside the United States, please contact us at info@magnahoops.com
before attempting to place an order.
Section 1 - Order processing time (order cut-off)
— Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (GMT-05:00 Eastern Standard Time, New York ) Monday–Friday are processed on the same business day.
-- Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
-- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in China.
Section 2 - Delivery time to the United States
-- Handling time: 1–2 business days.
-- Transit time: 7–8 business days
-- Total delivery time: 8–10 business days.
-- Delivery times are estimates in business days and do not include weekends, public holidays, customs inspections, or delays caused by carriers or remote locations.
-- Orders shipped to rural areas or non-contiguous U.S. states and territories may require additional transit time.
Section 3 - Shipping origin
-- Our main fulfillment center is located in Shanghai, China.
-- Depending on stock and model, some U.S. orders may be shipped from our logistics partner’s warehouse in California, United States.
-- The shipping fees and delivery times listed below already take into account all possible shipping origins.
Section 4 - Where we ship
-- We currently ship orders to most residential and commercial addresses within the United States.
-- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
-- If we are unable to ship to your address for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible after you place your order to discuss options or issue a refund.
We currently do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
Section 5 - Shipping cost to the United States
-- Free shipping for orders of USD 100 or more.
-- For orders under USD 100: flat-rate shipping fee of USD 9.80 per order.
-- The applicable shipping cost for your order is always shown on the checkout page before you confirm payment.
Section 6 - Import duties, customs fees and sales taxes (United States orders)
-- Many MagnaHoops products are shipped from our fulfillment center in Shanghai, China. For these shipments, we normally arrange customs clearance and include import duties and standard clearance fees in our pricing and shipping arrangements.
-- In most cases, U.S. customers do not need to pay additional import duties or customs clearance charges to the carrier upon delivery.
-- However, customs regulations, thresholds and government policies can change. In limited situations, U.S. Customs and Border Protection or a carrier may still assess government-imposed duties, taxes or other fees when your order enters the country.
-- Any such additional charges are set and collected by government authorities or carriers and are the customer’s responsibility. MagnaHoops does not control these fees and does not reimburse them.
-- Any applicable state or local sales taxes that MagnaHoops is required to collect will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
-- The total amount you need to pay to MagnaHoops, including product price, shipping cost, and any sales taxes we are required to collect, will always be displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your order.
Section 7 - Carriers and tracking
-- We usually ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS or other reputable third-party logistics companies, depending on your address and service availability.
-- Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track the parcel on the carrier’s website.
-- You can use this tracking number at any time to check the latest delivery status of your order.
Section 8 - Delivery issues and address errors
-- Please make sure that your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate before you submit your order.
-- If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for any delay or additional shipping costs that may occur.
-- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please first check with household members, neighbors or your building management. If you still cannot locate the package, contact the carrier and then contact us at info@magnahoops.com for further assistance.
-- If a package is clearly damaged on arrival, please take photos and contact us within 7 days so that we can help you with a replacement or claim (see our Refund Policy).
