WE SHIP WORLDWIDE.
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered for purchases made on MagnaHoops.com. We proudly ship to most countries across the globe. If your location can be selected from the drop-down menu during checkout, we can deliver to you! If you have any questions about shipping to your specific region, please contact us at info@magnahoops.com.
Section 1 - Order processing time (order cut-off)

Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (GMT-05:00 Eastern Standard Time, New York) Monday–Friday are processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in China.
Section 2 - Delivery time

Handling time: 1–2 business days for all orders.

United States Delivery: Transit time is typically 7–8 business days (Total delivery time: 8–10 business days). Orders shipped to rural areas or non-contiguous U.S. states and territories may require additional transit time.

International Delivery: Transit times vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing. Estimated delivery windows will be provided during checkout based on your location.

Delivery times are estimates in business days and do not include weekends, public holidays, customs inspections, or delays caused by carriers.
Section 3 - Shipping origin

Our main fulfillment center is located in China.

Depending on stock availability and your delivery destination, orders may also be shipped from our logistics partner’s warehouses oversea, to ensure the fastest possible delivery globally.
Section 4 - Where we ship

We ship to most residential and commercial addresses worldwide. Simply put: if you can select your country and enter your address at checkout, we ship there!

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

If we are unable to fulfill an order to your address due to unexpected carrier or international restrictions, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative options or issue a full refund.
Section 5 - Shipping costs

United States: Free standard shipping for orders of USD 100 or more. For orders under USD 100, a flat-rate shipping fee of USD 9.80 applies.

International: Shipping rates for all other countries are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your exact location and the total weight of your order.

The applicable shipping cost for your specific order is always shown clearly on the checkout page before you confirm payment.
Section 6 - Import duties, customs fees, and taxes

United States Orders: For shipments entering the U.S. from our Shanghai center, we normally arrange customs clearance. In most cases, U.S. customers do not pay additional duties upon delivery. However, if U.S. Customs assesses any fees, these are the customer's responsibility. Applicable state/local sales taxes are collected at checkout.

International Orders: MagnaHoops is not responsible for any import duties, customs clearance fees, or local taxes your country may charge upon the parcel's arrival. All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer; MagnaHoops has no control over these charges and cannot reimburse them.
Section 7 - Carriers and tracking

We partner with reputable global logistics companies including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and standard international couriers depending on your address and service availability.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track the parcel on the carrier’s website.
Section 8 - Delivery issues and address errors

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and contact details are complete and accurate before submitting your order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, MagnaHoops is not responsible for any delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please check with household members, neighbors, or your building management. If you still cannot locate the package, contact the carrier directly, and then reach out to info@magnahoops.com for further assistance.

If a package arrives clearly damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days so we can assist you with a replacement or claim (please refer to our Refund Policy).
