FAQs
Q: Does the listed size represent the actual embroidery area for my Barudan machine? A: The dimensions listed refer to the inner hoop dimension. To ensure the highest stitch quality and provide safe clearance for the presser foot on your Barudan BEXS or BEXT, the actual recommended sewing field is slightly smaller. This safety margin prevents the frame from impacting the machine’s head and ensures your designs are stitched with consistent tension.
Q: Will these magnetic hoops include the correct brackets for my Barudan model? A: Yes. We provide correct hoops designed specifically for your Barudan model. These arms are custom-engineered to fit your machine's carriage perfectly, allowing for a secure, "plug-and-play" installation. You can transition from standard hoops to magnetic hoops in seconds without any special tools or machine modifications.
Q: Can these hoops stay stable at the high industrial speeds of Barudan machines?
A: Absolutely. Barudan machines are famous for their power and speed, and our hoops are built to match that performance. The industrial-strength magnets provide a powerful, uniform grip that keeps fabric perfectly still even during high-speed production. Whether you are stitching high-density logos or large fills, the fabric will not shift, sag, or "pop" out of the frame.
Q: Will these hoops leave permanent "hoop burn" on premium or delicate garments?
A: No. This is one of the primary reasons professional Barudan shops upgrade to our magnetic system. Traditional screw-type hoops use localized friction that can cause permanent pressure marks, known as "hoop burn," especially on delicate materials like performance wear, silk, and premium fleece. Magnetic hoops use even pressure across the entire frame, protecting your garments from damage and reducing waste.
Q: Are the strong magnets safe for the advanced sensors and electronics of my Barudan?
A: Yes, they are completely safe. The magnetic field is highly concentrated specifically between the top and bottom steel frames to hold your fabric securely. It is not strong enough to interfere with the sophisticated thread sensors, LCD touch screens, or internal electronics of your Barudan embroidery machine. Commercial shops around the world use these systems daily without any risk to their equipment.
